How do I use the site?

 

Please feel free to explore our online jewelry store to find and purchase fine diamond jewelry. You can click on any jewelry category to get to your selection of jewelry items or search for an item by price in the  Search box on the bottom of the menu. The Jewelry Education section is for education and information on Diamonds and Jewelry. Click on the education link to explore our library. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any assistance.  

 
   

How do I shop?

 

Please use the Shopping Cart to store items that you wish to purchase. You can add or remove items in your personal Shopping Cart at any time. Selections will stay in your Jewelry Shopping Cart for as many days as you like. You can compare several selected items at a time or you may simply keep items there for future jewelry purchase.  

 
   

Can I send a gift to a different address?

 

It is very easy to send a gift to an address different then yours. When you get to the check out, there is an option for you to fill out a different shipping address. However as a security precaution, we require that you fax us an authorization including a copy of the credit card being charged with only the last four digits of the card number, the cardholders name and the expiration date visible, and a photo ID such as a drivers license, with the cardholders name and signature authorizing shipment to the alternate address. This step protects you from fraudulent charges to your credit card.  

 
   

Do you certificate jewelry?

 

Yes, all of our loose diamonds and engagement rings are certificated by the leading gemological institutions GIA and EGL. However our pre set jewelry is not certificated since the theme of our site is to offer fine diamond jewelry at rock-bottom prices we did not want to include the extra cost of certificating in the initial price for those who don't find it important.

However if you are interested in us certificating jewelry we will gladly do so, you will have to allow us the extra few days that it takes to certificate the jewelry piece and pay the cost (ranging between $50-$80).

In any case we do guarantee our jewelry to be exactly the quality that we describe them, and we advise you to take them to a certified appraiser, and if you find it to be poorer quality than we stated we will give 100% of your money back.

 
   

What happens if something needs to be returned?

 

We will do all we can for you to be pleased with your purchase. However, if you decide to return your purchase for a refund or an exchange within 30 days after you receive your purchase please follow the simple steps explained in our terms. 

 
   

How do you ship?

 

We ship all our orders only with companies offering a tracking service so that we can track the item being shipped both for our security and for customers' peace of mind. Shortly after your parcel has been shiped, we will update the information which you can allways see by checking your order status, so you can follow the progress of the package as it travels to its destination.  

 
   

Can I order by phone or fax?

 

No problem at all! We offer a phone/fax order option in the checkout, all you have to do is either call us at 1800-70NAVEX or print out the order form and fax it to 1718-715- 0121, and one of our friendly customer service representatives will process your order.
