RETURN POLICY
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
We accept returns within
30 days of customers receipt of
product.
Jewelry must be returned to us in brand new condition, if you are not positive that you will be keeping the piece of jewelry, do not wear it. Since it is practically imposable to wear any piece of jewelry without causing at least minor scratches or blemishes, in which case we will not be able to accept them in return.
1. All returns must have a Return Authorization No. (RA#).
Please call 800-70NAVEX prior to return for RA#. This number
must be displayed on the outside of the box; this will
expedite your return. An item returned without authorization
will be refused.
2. Do not have a bracelet resized.
3. All products must be returned with original packaging.
4. When you order a loose
diamond, or a diamond engagement ring it is accompanied with a
diamond certificate. These reports are created by diamond
grading experts at one of the two highly-respected diamond
laboratories AGI and EGL— making it very expensive to replace.
Because of this, we require each diamond grading report to be
included with each returned diamond. If you do not include the
diamond grading report with your return, you will be charged a
replacement fee.
5. Returns will be credited in full, minus original shipping & insurance charges.
6. Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.
7. Returns must be shipped via traceable courier, e.g. UPS or USPS (Do not ship via FedEx, FedEx does not insure
jewelry valued above $500). Return shipment must be pre-paid
and fully insured for the amount you expect credit. Collect
shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages, customer
is liable.
8. Once you have been issued a RA #, you must ship the item
back immediately so that we receive it within 7 days of
issuing the RA#.
We believe that the above conditions are reasonable, fair and
quite simple to adhere. If for some reason one or multiple
conditions cannot be met, please call and we will try to help,
BUT you must call before and receive authorization.

Shipments to the continental US: |

As a courtesy to our customers,
all items are shipped free of charge with an insured courier
company, Shipping should take no longer than four to five
business days.
All packages shipped by Navex Jewelers are fully insured
against loss, theft & damage during transit.
All packages are shipped with an "Adult Signature" requirement
prior to release by the delivering company. Before opening
please inspect the package to ensure it has not been tampered
with or damaged.
Shipping to an address other than the billing address
Since we recognize the necessity for customers to be able to ship gifts to an address other than their billing address,
we do offer this as an option in the checkout, however as a security precaution, we require that you fax us an authorization
including a copy of the credit card being charged with only the last four digits of the card number, the cardholders name and the
expiration date visible, and a photo ID such as a drivers license, with the cardholders name and signature authorizing shipment to the alternate address.
This step protects you from fraudulent charges to your credit card. |

Since our jewelry is manufactured and shipped from Israel
Navex Jewelers does not charge sales tax on orders shipping
anywhere in the United States.
as a service to our customers shipping and insurance is free
of charge & is usually delivered within three to
five business days.
International customers - please refer to our international

Navex Jewelers welcome inquiries from potential customers who
reside outside of the United States of America. In order to
serve you as efficiently as possible, we have compiled a list
of "General Questions" that will answer most of the general
questions covering international orders.
I live outside of the US can I order from Navex Jewelers?
Sure, Navex Jewelers sell a lot of jewelry to customers
outside of the US.
What methods of payments do you accept?
For international orders we accept all major credit cards
through our server, or through Paypal.com Bank to Bank wire
transfers are also accepted. Please note that when placing an order with a credit
card - the shipping address must be the same as the billing
address. If you would like our bank information in order to
send a wire transfer, please contact us via email at info@navexjewelers.com.
What currency does Navex charge in?
All charges will be charged in US Dollars. Currency rates -
click on the following link for a web site that maintains an
up to date currency exchange rate & has an online currency
converter www.xe.com.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping,
handling & insurance are offered for free.
How do you ship the jewelry?
We ship only with FedEx, all packages are
shipped in a well-secured box. All items shipped are insured
for its full value - this way if a package is lost/stolen
en-route to its destination, we can ship out a new item or
refund your money.
Who is responsible for the customs, duties, VAT charges & any
other charges along the way?
Navex Jewelers will verify the taxes, duties & V.A.T charges
that your country charges and will notify you about it. These
costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Usually you
will have to pay these additional charges to the delivery
driver.
